Learning is not just about sitting in a classroom, that's why our free training courses have been designed to provide you with a unique 'hands-on' training experience with the latest ranges of Baxi products, under the supervision of our qualified Baxi trainers.

What will I learn?

You can expect to learn about our boiler features, functions and construction. You'll be provided with a complete understanding of a boiler installation, commissioning, servicing and all components. The skills you'll learn will be transferable to the work you do and you'll be able to put them into practice at the work the following day.

Will I learn anything else?

Yes. You will learn about the latest industry updates and legislative changes such as ErP, EN15502 and pending changes to Building Regs Part L.

How will attending be beneficial for me?

You'll leave your training day with a better understanding and confidence in the products and services offered by Baxi, be able to understand and solve the current issues facing installers and build new skills and knowledge that can be put straight into practice.

Where will I learn?

Our product training courses are delivered at our dedicated Baxi Training Centres and Satellites Training Centres located throughout the UK, several of which are CIPHE approved. Having localised training centres means you won't need to travel far to your training day. To find your nearest Training Centre see our training centre directory.

Will I be sat listening to theory all day?

No. The majority of your day will be spent in boiler specific practical sessions. During these sessions you'll get the opportunity to get 'hands-on' with appliances and components, thereby giving you the knowledge of how the components work, can be tested when fault finding and how they function within the boiler operation.

What will the agenda for the day be?

Your day will begin with a product overview followed by a talk through the latest industry insights. This will then be followed by several specific practical sessions where you'll spend the majority of your time. During the day there will be a brief session on the local Baxi ASM to learn about Baxi Works, current promotions and the advantages of working with Baxi.

Will it take a full day?

Yes. You will need to provision for a full day in your diary (9am to 4pm). We understand your time valuable so you'll be given breaks throughout the day to make calls and attend to your business requirements.

Is there any flexibility on dates?

Yes. We offer regular weekly training dates so you can find a date that suits your requirements. You can book yourtraining day here.

How can I get the most from my product training day?

Come with the intention of getting involved with both Baxi trainers and other delegates. Be prepared to share your personal experiences and ask questions, this will help lead you to an easier and more productive way of working.

I've recently joined Baxi Works and thought I'd come on the course to improve my skills. I wanted to be able to service and maintain boilers with confidence, and the fault finding we have done will definitely help, especially using the multimeter.

The trainer is great - it's obvious he's been in the trade a long time, and has given us lots of hints and tips to help us in our work.
